Library Strategic Planning Framework

As part of the library’s senior leadership team, I helped shape and communicate our first formal strategic plan. This framework translated institutional priorities into clear goals and values, guiding staff and stakeholders toward shared outcomes. The document served as a cornerstone for organizational alignment and long-term planning.
