Communications Team Leadership

These two projects reflects my work restructuring and leading the library’s communications team to better support strategic goals. I developed a team-specific strategic plan, rewrote job descriptions to reflect evolving needs and market trends, and streamlined five roles into three high-impact positions. The result was a more agile, aligned, and purpose-driven communications function.
