Hi, I’m Claire—a communications and learning strategist with over a decade of global experience driving change across government, academic, and corporate sectors. Whether I’m leading safety culture initiatives at the FAA or designing learner-centered debate curricula in Seoul, I thrive on creating meaningful connections through storytelling, strategy, and design.

I hold degrees from Boston University and American University, and I’ve led award-winning teams, launched national workshops, and built digital learning tools that reach thousands. My work is grounded in empathy, clarity, and a deep belief in the power of communication to transform organizations.

Outside of work, I’m a DIY enthusiast currently renovating a fixer-upper with my husband for our two Siberian cats. I love swimming, baking, and planning travel adventures that combine history, food, and adventure.
